atama question

I am able now to do the the fates for the atama. I am wondering is any fate that are taking place in the locations given the Zodiac quest?

Yes. The atma can drop from any fate in the zone. You must be using your relic weapon though for it to drop.

And the relic has to be a zenith version, normal isn't enough. Just in case this wasn't clear.

You might get lucky with the number of FATEs you do to get an Atma (I've gotten 1 in 2 and 1 in 4), but be prepared for a long grind. It took me about 10 hours to get my first and I have 4 in about 4 weeks (but I don't grind as much, usually just for about a hour). Good luck

Well considering you can't even initiate the quest prior having the zenith version it's more or less given as if I'm not mistaken you can't do the relic quest twice for the same class to posses both normal as well as zenith version anyway

You can farm the atmas on another class than you did the quest with (or want to get the atma for) and you can have both relic and zenith version of the same relic as you can buy a new relic with gil after completing the quest once.
