What he's saying... why is it it seems you guys avoid the content of the posts often? You guys usually reply to things waaay far off from the points of threads. Or almost never revisit a thread after we've made statements such as this man's.

What I stated and what he confirmed as a bug are two different things. On the one hand he is talking about having a target action that is taking abnormally long to appear after being used (IE you hit action and the target still takes longer than it should to appear) which is a confirmed bug, on the other hand I'm talking about using an instant use ability such as character buffs that is being hindered by the GCD if it is used after a GCD action (IE it won't even let you use the ability until the GCD timer has reset even though it is an instant use ability free of the GCD due to having its own cool down timer cycle).
