Infrit Summon is gone?!

So I updated FFXIV to 1.62 and when I switched to my Summoner, which for some reason now says Arcanist instead, and my Ifrit summon is no longer available. I checked my actions and there is no summon 3 to be found. I checked my journal and it shows that the quest to get the Ifrit summon is completed. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm pretty bummed since I was about to do the Titan storyline quest.

1.62? We're currently on 2.28.

Regardless, have you actually equipped your SMN soul crystal through the equipment window? It's the bottom-right slot. The soul crystals are what turn a class in to a job.



If you haven't saved over your current gearset or created a new one for SMN to use instead, it wouldn't equip the crystal automatically when switching back.

Firstly oops, I just updated to the latest so yes 2.28. Secondly... •__• it never occurred to me to check my inventory. My Soul Stone got unequipped and once I equipped it my action bar went back to how it was.
