Very easy solution to stop RMT without bans

RMT tells aren't harassment..... having said that SE could limit tells sent per min or something. Most of it was about muting players which doesn't really apply, But they could have it to where X amount of players Black List someone then that player shouldn't be able to send tells for 24-48hrs.

Ya I know. Most of what they talked about was some form of online verbal harassment and trying to stop it. The thing is even though RMT tells aren't harassment SE isn't going to do anything about it. They will ban them sure, but end it forever never. Buying Gil will never end until the player base stops buying it.

I'm surprised that people still think this is a legitimate service. You'd think they would realize by now that it's not.
