Can't make a warrior

I have a level 30 marauder and a 15 gladiator, I have done all the class quests on the marauder up to the one I need to make a warrior: Pride and duty(Will take you from the mounain). This quest has a red exclamation mark and says:

This quest is not yet available
Gla(Lv.15)


What am I doing wrong?

Your lodestone profile says your gladiator is level 0, not 15.

Yeah, they need to be on the same character. If you made one MRD and one GLD on another character, that is not what it meant. You can unlock all classes on the same character, and this is what it means (On the same character, not the same account)
The way you worded it made it also sound like you have two different characters, but please correct me if I am wrong.
