Chat log bugged (ppl can't see what i type)

**EDIT** I just logged in again 5h after i first started getting the error and it seems to be fixed, as far as i can tell; i tried sending a tell which worked and the ppl in LS were able to see what i type. Not sure why or how but just thought id post that, i didnt test /say, /shout or /party since its like 3am but i hope those features are fine too.**


My chat log is bugged, whether i type in PT, LS, Say or Tell no one can see it. i tried restarting and still same problem. After restarting, when i send /tell it says: "Tell recipient could not be located. Your message was not received." even if the person is standing right beside me.
