Ok so I saw another thread about the Novus and I agreed on a point about doing it on all your alts or at leas the the ones you would wanna use in dungeons and all that.

Is there an alternative? I assume of course right now if you dont want relic you go grind Levi EX for weapon drops until you get the weapon you need?

SIDE NOTE: I saw in patch notes you can do levi ex without going through titan and ifrit ex? Did I misread? Or is it only Levi HM. I have no issue gearing up to survive levi as well just curious on this.

As for Levi Ex, that's slated to happen in 2.3. Thornmarch and Whorleater were just changed to allow for solo-queuing with 2.28

Players can now queue for Thornmarch (Extreme) and The Whorleater (Extreme) solo via the Duty Finder.
* When registering with less than eight players, the party must adhere to the following composition: 2 Tanks / 2 Healers / 4 DPS
