Welcome to the club....Turns out that I do actually go through the terrible level 3 network. I'm getting massive packet loss getting to their servers.
Adamantoise Server: 199.91.189.28
The packet loss fluctuates but I've seen it as high as 38% packet loss on some of the Level 3 networks.
Wonderful, apparently that router on Level 3 has a long history of being lossy.

Well I keep using PingPlotter to ping the Adamantoise server and things have only gotten worse. Seriously they need to reach out to the ISP's or IWEB / LEVEL 3 and get this resolved. This is unacceptable regardless whom is at fault. Someone has to take an initiative on their end and contact the ISP's to get this resolved.
