Anyone else seeing party and linkshell chat as emotes?

All it shows is what people are typing, but not who's typing it, greyed out like it's an emote.

Can't tell who the hell I'm talking to. Most people in my shell are having the same problem.

Really, really confusing >.>

edit: can't even send tells to affected people. says they could not be located..
