    Nobody uses quelling more than once and only at the beginning of the fight. If you're 8th in enmity, you can't blame quelling strikes.

    If there's a melee dps and they're not 3rd or 4th in enmity. They're doing bad dps. Assuming a dragoon isn't using elusive jump.

    If you're a dps and you're in 6th or above then either everybody else is awesome or you're bad.
