Thread: Unable to log into the FFXIV launcher or the Lodestone

Hi,

I have contacted the EU support team regarding this but have yet to hear anything back. I have recently changed my ISP which caused my account to be temporarily suspended. I went through the process outlined in the automatic email sent to me for this, which was to reset my password but after completing this and attempting to log into the FFXIV launcher I was greeted with the error message stating that the credentials were incorrect. I then attempted to change my password again to what I tried to change it to in the first attempt. I was advised that my password was already that which I was trying to change it too, meaning the initial password change processed accordingly. I still have the same trouble when logging into the FFXIV launcher and the Lodestone is also advising me my account has been temporarily suspended for suspicious activity.

For some reason, I had not checked this prior, I am still logged into the forums. I am too afraid to log out in fear of been unable to log back in. Please provide some insight or assistance into this situation.
