Cross Hotbars automatically changing registered skills with macros

Steps:
1. Change equipped gear
2. Register a new set
3. Equip said set
4. Cross Hotbar 1, 2 and 3 are filled with random macros I have registered instead of my skills
5. Change to a different gear set with the same Job: nothing changes
6. Change to a different gear set on a different Job: crossbars are fixed with the actual skills, if I return to the previous Job those skills are fixed too.

Did some more testing: every time I register a new set, it switches my skills with macros.

Having the same issue with normal hotbars. Creating a new gear set resets that class's skills with a merge of all macros.
