The idea is good, however, I think having it realized will be close to a miracle. Creating content is expensive. SE is a company that needs to make money. And they are one of these companies that wants to make even more, so they go the route of least effort (e.g. making content as cheap as most players will accept it).

However, there is something that can be done with (IMHO) relatively little effort. The DPS classes inflict different debuffs - SMN ("the king of dots") does Poison and a few others, BLM can sleep enemies etc. If the instance server would just swap enemies on-the-fly to fit the individual strengths and weaknesses of the groups' members, the problem could be mitigated.
