Frankly, customers shouldn't be asked to care about the behind the scenes process. They pay for a product and in general have a set of expectations for that product based on past and present products of a similar nature. Yes, I'm sure making a game is hard, but that's the business SE is in and they are a major player in that business and it is perfectly fair for paying customers to expect them to be able to offer competitive service.

If they listened to feedback about the Atma/Animus process, how did they conclude that selling maps for 800 myths was a good idea after burning us out making us grind 15,000 myths already, something which garnered extensive negative feedback?
