Seriously, please SE change this.
I was so excited to do jumping puzzles like in GW2. Jump jump jump, click a floating thing, check out a sweet view!

Seriously, I hate it already, its stupid. MUST be a time and weather for you to do it, AND ONTOP of that you have to use an emote,.... Rubbish. NAH i'm out.

Please change this, just make it fun like GW2 did.
It's a shame because I love everything else in the game, the one thing I disagree with!
I didn't even mind farming the atma :P

Sat there for 2 hours on top of a lamp waiting for the right weather.... looked away and i missed 010 . . . This is dumb... i get the idea of doing puzzle based on clues but aggravating the user base in completing side quests due to RNG is terrible ...

hunting atma* farming has come to mean you can successfully procure x amount of an item until a desirable stackable amount is obtained. Atma is not stackable nor able to successfully obtaina vast amount in a short time frame.

I'm really enjoying it I joined a Sightseeing linkshell and we all spread out at certain times to check the world. I'm enjoying working with others to do this!

It's something to do when you happen to be in the zone and the weather is correct.

Weather doesn't change that quickly. do it then.

Yup. There's borderline no reward for it too - you do it for the sake of doing it. Figuring out where and when and what emote is the puzzle aspect.

Also as for the weather aspect it should be slightly easier when 2.3 hits as we're supposed to get weather forecast NPCs.

Anyway, I don't want any of this to change! It's a completely optional, tricky sidequest that you have to stop and think to solve. GOOD.

I've not tried this yet but blimey its sounds like a monotonous time sink - If they removed either the time of day or weather requirment this could be fun, with all of them together it just sounds like a chore!

I'm not one to complain about things because I played 1.0 from Beta so I know it could be worse, but this seems like a wasted opportunity for something really fun.

When I first read about it, I thought it might be something similar to the GW2 jumping puzzles or the ones they had in SWTOR which were both a really fun passtime.

I may give it a go but i'm not going to focus on it at risk of frustration and annoyance.
