Need better stat capping on FATEs for high item levels

.....If you're soloing FATEs then you should probably change servers or get an FC, it is an MMO afterall.....
I've got a 50 brd, with ilevel of only 63, but it's still way overpowered if I go to a lower level FATE.......

I am curious did you FATE with yout FC in above case? ^^;
