Skipping cutscenes on the ps3 help :(

Can anyone tell me were the option to cancel previously views cut scenes are I looked in general setting and there is nothing in there for it even tho that's what it says in the patch notes. I'm still having to skip the damn cut scenes in every dungeon. I'm on the ps3 am I missing something plz help

If its like ps4 its in an odd spot. It's under the control tab of character config. The first control tab.
