Purchsed Fantasias not being sent

I had bought the 1 fantasia option yesterday and retrieved them on two characters and was able to use them fine. However, I bought extra fantasias today (The 3 pack) and they have not arrived. In fact, I checked on a character whom I have not picked up the single fantasia for yet either and there was nothing.

I also made a new character and they did not have either the single fantasia or the 3 fantasias on them either. They did have all the other collector's stuff, etc.

I had to completely delete all my letters and they finally arrived. The thing is, that I was not near the cap for my mail. so I'm not sure why it was thinking it was full. But I got them
