As some people suspected, it was about 5 hours late (about the amount of time for the patch). Is there any way to fix this so that the timer and actual time match up?

Lich European server. Serpent supply and provisioning missions won't refresh either. The refresh counter just got stuck at zero.

Playing the game using my PC. If needed I can provide necessary technical information, but I believe it's server side issue.

It happened to me too in tonberry server over here. I thought its only bugged on my end.

Stuck on 0:00 remaining.

My timer used to be off by 10 hours or so, but reset at 4pm est. Now the timer says it's going to reset at 4pm est, but actually resets 4 or 5 hours after that.

Seems to be fixed now, the timer was counting down to 4pm est, at which time I have new GC missions.
