What is the reason behind Facial Expression emotes not being Persistent?

I made macros that do this for me. example: /worried motion <wait.5> for every single line. It isn't perma but it gets the job done.

Yeah and it spams the emote every 5 seconds, unless you manually disable the chat message first.
Unless you can activate and deactivate that option via macro as well. That would be neat.
