    Saw this in the known issues area on the ff14 launcher:

    An issue in The Whorleater (Hard) and The Whorleater (Extreme) wherein Tidal Wave cannot be blocked if two or more players simultaneously use the Elemental Converter.

    Yeah I saw it said "two or more people" but that wasn't what was happening to our groups when it still failed at over 30+. I haven't got to play today to see if it still happens.
