Suggestion: revise lack of movement physics in the elements of the boats

I was doing the daily quests from sahagin when I had to move to one of merchant vessels.

I noticed a great wind blowing sideways because my clothes flew a lot, but when taked a look around I was sad because all the ropes, and the ship sails was so unnatural because they was not moving at all.

I have the settings to max, revised movement physics and all was on, so, please, do something because it's really sad to see in v1.0 we had this awesome physics.

look at the ropes, look at the waving of the sails of the ships, it was simply amazing and now they just like made of steel.

what about pc and ps4? ps3 is not the only one platform

there is many differences on ps3 and ps4/computer, and if ps3 can't handle this doesn't mean ps4 or computer can't :\

I found this is not a good excuse, sorry :\ I not try to be rude, just think that if hair and other elements such as clothes are affected by wind, this ones should be affected aswell.
