    I doubt Ramuh will be locked behind the "Old Primals"
    SE may add another Primal Focus that relate to weekly clear for: Leviathan, Moogle EX, Ramuh.

    I'm guessing this is exactly what will happen. You will have to clear Levi EX and Mog EX before you can do Ramuh EX.
