GW2 Vistas?

Heya guys, thanks for your input.

I will enjoy for sure all that SE will bring to us. And true, in every type of games, lots are copied from others.

I want them to come up with something no one else has.. just imagine how we can boast and protect 'our game' versus the rest of the world!

And then.. more people will join our Frontline forces -> more revenue for SE -> more and mroe contents!

I will get my apkallu, I am an achiever. And yes except my GF, I enjoyed GW2 jumping puzzles ^^

Someone stated to inventory from GW2: I'm all for it! Man, with 4 Retainers, it takes a whole day to sort them out >.<

So when I read this, I'm like: been done elsewhere, will be fun, but not impressed.

That is the point I wanted to make.

And yet I liked the vista jumping puzzles in gw2. Im glad they added some more fun fluff to the game.

I actually don't see the problem. Have you ever done hunting logs? They take you to various parts of the world, lovingly crafted by the 3d modelers of Eorzea.

Did you know that there is an awesome Cathedral in East Shroud? The place is huge, with a pool and lots of plants and other decorations. The place is totally unique yet not even Hunting Logs will take you there.

There is also a huge Crystal formation at Southern La Noscea, you'll only go there if you do certain Hunting Logs or levequests or just like to explore.

There are tons of beautiful Vistas around Eorzea. I've always wondered if they could get more people to see them, it's such a waste to neglect them like that. This Visa Log is awesome

What is hunting logs? A big chunk of wood that you use for killing mobs around?

/sarcasm - There will be lots of fun from this and other feature coming soon.

Doesn't mean to say it won't be fun (except the 'dynamic events' or Fates here - which is abused and squished to the very last drop)

Better hope they get rid of quests then. And swords. And shields. And hotbars. And chat windows. And dungeons.... I could go on.

It's an MMORPG. It's going to have things that MMORPGs have already. And really if we're honest, it's incredibly hard to innovate in MMORPGs these days. There's not a lot else that can be included in these games that isnt already at least similar to what exists in other games. Thats why most new MMORPGs die on their asses - because they're always branded as an imitation or clone.

I know! Even the view on the bridge at Lower La Noscea near Moraby Drydocks is so breathtaking. I normally ran past it when farming FATE for atmas but when I stopped to look around recently I just realized it was such a beautiful place. I also really enjoy the Burgundy Falls - Burning Wall area in Eastern Thanalan. That whole area is just so beautiful but no one ever visit it except to finish the FATE needed for animus book there lol.
