Reminds me of the Odin Body. Tank gear and it has some Dexterity points on it for Parry I guess, which could easily have been accuracy instead, but nah, Dex is better for the tanks.

Nah, gathering and perception is the way to go. So u can be a miner vs titan, fisher vs leviathan and botanist vs rafflesia.
