Where's my up to date GC weapons and gears?

Good question and I believe it was once planned for 2.3 although I don't know if that is still the case. Higher GC ranks and higher rewards there are overdue a bit. I think GC weapons at i90/95/100 would not be asking too much, since the relics and tomes weapons are still more powerful at their i110 upgrade level.
