Current weapon options makes no sense!

Sorry, it took a while for you to edit your one-line post to this...

Yeah um... Welcome to the world of modern MMO's, where making stuff irrelevant two weeks down the line in favor of the flavor-of-the-day weapon is what matters, instead of the ever so interesting side-grades FFXI had that all had use and functionality.

I dont do Coil (i dont like it), so my only options are Leviathan (yeah... like i'm ever going to be allowed to do Levi EX or the three primals before that even with a non-coil weapon...) or upgrading to Novus.

Sucks, but that's the way SE decided things should go. It's terrible yeah. No side-grades, nothing good or interesting to get.

Its:
- Do coil2
- beg your way into PF groups to get to Levi and be allowed to run that 100+ times.
- Spend 4-5 months upgrading relic to Atma>Animus>Novus

There's no weapon for anyone casual. (no, spending 1200 fates for Atmas, 13500 myth tomes from 338 runs of Brayflox, and this Novus crap after that isnt CASUAL)
