Current weapon options makes no sense!

I'm not too against the novus grind and I'm not directly asking for changes to this line of weapon but shouldnt there be even more options? Where's my up to date GC weapons and gears?

Why more options ? there are 5 options right now, don't see what option you would want to add, if you can't/don't want to do leviathan EX at least then what's the point in gaining a new weapon if you aren't going to use it ?

I did think it was a bit silly that they had the tome only in coil2 and the only other options were the levi weapon or animus for the non-coil2 players. At least with the tome being added to CT in 2.3 that makes it a viable choice for those who are tired with Zodiac quests and Levi farms. Just gonna take my time finishing my Animus and have some tomes stashed for 2.3.

I think the hidden meaning is not "there should be more option" but "I want a strong weapon that is easy and not time consuming to get".
