They've changed it since 2.3 so that you can now get sightseeing locations that require fair or clear in either condition.

Sorry for being tardy and thanks for the reminders. OP and my spreadsheet updated with the 2.3 changes.

Can someone tell me if #34 is broken? I've gone to the exact spot three times now and I am not getting the You arrive at a vista message at all. Tried everyone over the arch and nothing.

Odd. Can you post a screenshot of yourself in the same position as the screenshot in this thread? It might help working out what's up.

get on the fence on the roof of the building next to it and jump there with the chocobo (the sprint probably works too)

as stated before, climb the debris behind it, then just jump to the tree, but be careful its easy to jumpover from there :P
