Could someone go into detail on how to make the jump for #48? I've tried hours and I just can't make it. (I once scratched enough of the vista spot to get the message, but that was the closest I got.)

I wish I knew. I spent hours trying to get up there and couldn't do t. A friend I've been hunting these with came and managed to get on there, so i got myself killed by the mobs and got rezzed up there

Jump on the right pole and then face your chocobo to the middle pole. Go on max range back on your pole and jump when you are at the highest point of the pole.

I've made a spreadsheet that's more of an infographic from all of your results and am finding it really helpful in tracking down the sights I still need. At the moment, I'm using it in combination with the OP and the locations within the zone aren't listed on each line, as I wanted to keep all columns visible on a single page for ease. I may well add locations in the comment field of each row's zone cell so they can be seen on mouseover at a later point, but I wanted to get this out there now to help people out!

I recommend making a copy to your own Google Doc so that you can change the cell colour of the ones you personally have found so that it becomes obvious what you have outstanding.

The dotted vertical line represents the weather changes.
