As far as 71 is concerned, using the trick where you spam the emote while the weather is something right during a weather change, and if it targets you on time change as if you're going to get it but you don't get it, it seems to be that Clear at 4pm does not work. This seemingly only leaves fair at 4am - 8am unaccounted for as far as I can see (unless the emote for it is NOT lookout).

#36 in the Hermit's Hovel worked for me at 6:00pm during rainy weather using /sit emote.

#29 confirmation for clear weather at noon. Was a bit tricky to find at first, but the vista is at the highest central pole of the white circular tent. To get there, get on top of the closest red canopy, then jump over to the small red awning on the circular tent. Then on top of one of the smaller metal poles with a circular ring at the top and feathers attached. From there, make the leap to the central pole. It may take a few tries to get as the jumps are pretty easy to miss or overshoot.

#080 was a bit tricky
You have to climb the big red broken whatever part behind it in the north. To get on top of it you have to jump on it from the east where it's a bit spiky. After you are on the height of the second pole you have to jump one more time on a very small pixel and then you can jump on the big area a bit on the left. From there just jump into the tree
