Sightseeing Log - Locations

Since I'm stuck in the same place you're at, I figured I'd fill in some of the blanks/clarifications via 2ch's wiki:

There's only 5 different time cycles, so the ending time for anything starting at 18:00 will always be 4:59, for example.
Likewise, anything ending at 11:59 will always start at 8:00. Currently only known exception being 042, possibly 074.

Dawn: 5:00 - 7:59
Morning: 8:00 - 11:59
Afternoon: 12:00 - 16:59
Dusk: 17:00 - 17:59
Nighttime: 18:00 - 4:59

But, there are some that start at 11AM, or some that start at 12PM but ends at 5PM.

I made a list ordered to daytimes (to farm it) and the only exception at the moment seems to be #042 (if the hints here are correct). I never had the right weather.
The list is in german, but i thought the same as hqdm, that there are only 5time zones. At the moment i was able to sort every numer to one specific daytime (except #042)
Everything i found so far is screen proofed with weather and eorzea time visible.

#001 worked at 11:27 am, fair weather.

Edit: Another person came to the spot after 1 pm (around 1:10 pm or so) and it did not work, so must be until 12 am.

Just to be clear, you sure they know it isn't Thunder but Thunderstorm?
The two icon looks alike so.

Thunderstorm (the one where it rains additionally and is exactly written that way too ^^) is 雷雨
