Thought that I would post this here for reference, this is a japanese Dev response to feedback on the sightseeing log:

The timing is yet to be decided, but we are considering to soften the weather criteria.
For example, we are planning a change that will make it so that you will fullfill the conditions with either clear or fair weather.

So in other words, it seems like a change where clear and fair wheather will be considered the same is in the works. The post says "for example", so there might be more changes.

That's good, only thing is... we'll probably be done before they consider changing it.

Just want to clarify that #42 does not work until 11am... so that is the start time not the end time.

I got this one completed as well just didn't have time to post. It starts at 12 pm using /lookout.

Also, #69 is the slipped and fell so in the first post, it is backwards.
