#69 or #68 - whichever it's found to be (outside). Narzaal didn't mention where it is, but it's (25,29) too and right on top of the Observatory. Jump on a globe lamp then jump on top of the ladder. Did someone say it mentioned fog in the French version? Foggy now and tried a bunch of emotes on it, but nothing happened (mid morning and noon, afternoon).

Just changed to overcast at 4pm ("not too foggy") and same. All emotes, nothing.

Contrasting to ours for #68: "I suppose the view is impressive, yes, but it's rare that I have a moment to appreciate it. Too much work to be done before the sun goes down." Such were the draughtman's words, and I would see as he saw.

Since there are two guys at the top of the Observatorium (and they are preparing - to use the telescope at night), it's safe to assume this is #68 and the lamp is #69? That's what Narzaal said, I believe. Ugh. If only we could complete one of them so we can clarify the other...

Also, time on #28 is wrong. Not able to get it on Fair at 5am, 6am or 7am currently. Possible 8am-12pm?

been camping for 6h at Mor Dhona for #80.

Weather might be Clear since a couple of Fair weathers didn't work. Time might be morning or daytime, yet have no clear weather before today.

Edit: Confirmation, that Clear is NOT the right weather.
