Sightseeing Log - Locations

I got 31 during fair weather not clear.

They've changed it since 2.3 so that you can now get sightseeing locations that require fair or clear in either condition.

"Sightseeing Log vistas that require fair or clear weather can now be recorded when either weather condition is met."
