#71 incidentally...I am losing patience with. Was finally a clear dawn and tried every emote, but nothing from 4am-7am. It's either a fair dawn or some very random time in a rare condition (maybe clear 5-6pm - any later and it gets too dark), but no other weather makes sense according to the English text. Could French/German/Japanese shed any more light on it?

#71 incidentally...I am losing patience with. Was finally a clear dawn and tried every emote, but nothing from 4am-7am. It's either a fair dawn or some very random time in a rare condition (maybe clear 5-6pm - any later and it gets too dark), but no other weather makes sense according to the English text. Could French/German/Japanese shed any more light on it?

The weather description said Azure, so I assume Fair/clear around noon

Can we get all of the tested ones for 71 posted so we can at least use process of elimination?

Clear (12-16, 18-05)
Fog (all)
Snow (17-08)
Blizzard (08-12)

Fairly certain it is clear or fair during Noon for that one. The word Azure pretty much gave me the hint that it might be the case.

Yeah. I've already checked 8am-4pm in clear and fair with all emotes. The only times I have left to check are fair 4am-8am and clear/fair 4pm-6pm. Other than that, I don't know what to suggest. Re-checking perhaps, but that's it.

It was fair this morning around 10am local time for me. I was there before it started and stayed until it finished: 8am - 4pm Eorzean time. Did every emote including sit and nothing happened. Definately not noon cause I've checked it. Anything after 6pm is too late because it gets dark early in Coerthas. Anything earlier than 4am, same really.

#071 french is "The knight in charge of ringing matins is often rewarded with a breathtaking view over the Holy City.". Don't know if "matins" is a good translation or morning bells, pretty much the same thing I guess. ^^
I'd say Dawn over Noon because of this but can't be sure.
