Dang, 69 is the biggest time range of them all, 6 PM - 5 AM o_O

There are plenty that work from 6pm to 5am

16 27 53 64 67 69 73 is what i compiled from several sites or own experience so far ^^

#23 during rain at 6:30 eorzea time did not work. So has to be before 6

#23 is 12pm to 5 pm, so yes it doesnt work @6 ^^
