What did you do to get the Ul'dah one? I'm there right now, and no emote is triggering it. It's 3am ingame with cloudy weather, so the 'cloudy expressions' don't mean cloudy weather..

Ammendum to #002: Needs to be 'Sunny' weather at night to get it. Some others have tried it with it overcast or raining, and no dice.

At the gold court in uldah lockout worked when i was standing on that place where you had to jump down to reach it

Probably need dawn AND clear sky. Windy and dawn doesn't seem to work.

Any idea what the weather/time of day was when you got it? That has an effect too

Time required is Noon-ish. Weather was cloudy, might not matter.

Used /lookout to get at 12:02pm in-game time. Dropped down from The Hustings Strip to the eastern-most lamp.

I'm guessing /doze on clear weather during the day, but that combination hasn't happened yet.
