As an aside, I arrived at spot #79 at Rathefrost at 2pm Clear and I couldn't flag the spot, though it was in the 12-5pm bloc. I came back another time and it flagged at 12:30 just fine. Perhaps it is a shorter window?

I'd be very interested if another vista hunter could corroborate this. It might well be a second 11am to 1pm window like #042 (which I was never able to personally verify).

Out of curiosity, has anyone on PS3 been able to finish the log? There are some locations I just can't seem to make the jump to on PS3, but when I play at friends on their PC or PS4 I can make the jumps.

I've done them all on PS3.

1 position remaining then I am done with the Sightseeing Logs. One hint for nr. 48 because I for once had massive problems with getting this Jump right: do it with a friend. Whoever is the first to make the jump should stay on top of the log. The other one dies intentionally (lots of Ixali around) and then the one on the log can revive the other player and he will be warped nicely onto the log so both can complete it.

Hehe this is actually how I did it.1 position remaining then I am done with the Sightseeing Logs. Just want to say thank you to the thread author and the multiple contributors to the information. This thread was a great help figuring out some of the harder vistas.

9:43pm ET and "Sunshine" as the weather. Had to move around on the light to get into correct spot. Not sure if it matters, but when I got the message "You have arrived at a vista!", my character was facing the water falls.

It is the end stump near Margeria, not the stump next to her. You need to stand on the stump to "arrive", then use the /sit command at the right time/weather. 1:00pm ET and "Clear Skies" weather.
