There are two ways up to #76. You can either do the stupidly long obstacle course that I (and I suspect Rjain) first did, which involves jumping to/from four different walls OR ... you can use the short wall directly behind the vista in the screenshot, which is a semi-tricky slidy jump and that's it. Just noticed that as I came to test clear night time /lookout (doesn't work).

By the way, the current posted method for #30 is...really, really unnecessarily difficult. On the backside of the building are a couple of stacked barrels in between two overhangs. Jump on them, then jump away from the building diagonally to land on either of the overhangs. From there jump onto the cliffside, then run along that to the roof which is an easy jump. The only jump you can really fail on this is jumping from barrels -> overhang.

EDIT : Ok my english is bad. I didn't known what was a hanging basket and yes, the method I give was the same as yours and I thougth it was the same on OP. I thought the hanging basket was the overhang.
But it was difficult to find those word so I think my pethod was hard to understand because of some words (hanging basket and overhang was unknown words for me).

No probs - I use 'awning' for the lean-tos against the side of the buildings, as per the external housing item.
