I think #44 is suppose to be thunderstorm instead of thunder. Checking video posted by the person, it shows thunderstorm icon.

I have a feeling (20,10) E.Shroud (presumed #43) is very precise on weather and time. If anyone wants to invest more time into it, feel free. Having a guess, I'd say rain or thunderstorms at dawn (5-6am), neither of which I have seen yet. Here's what I've observed:

12am - 8am > Overcast or Clear: X
8am - 12pm > Clear, Rain or Fair: X
12pm - 4pm > Fair: X
12pm - 4pm > Rain: X
4pm - 6pm > Rain: X

Currently raining. By all means, double-check cause I've been on and off between times. I'll see what 4pm is then try for another vista. Search for #42 proving fruitless atm. Tried jumping on both bridges, running around Sweetbloom Pier, Amarissaix's Spire and Hawthorne Hut.

We found 37! My god that was an obnoxious one, the german hint was a lot better, indicating it being near the canopy, and up high. 14,14 in New Gridania. Wasn't up when I got there.

FINALLY!! Thank you! I can confirm this.

The climb is a bit tricky - use the staircase by the sentry tower and climb on the railing - from there you can sprint jump to the first open gate, then jump to the other gate where the vista is.
