025 Top of Gullperch Tower, X29-Y33, on the edge of the wall to the left of the two lookout NPCs. Unknown time, from the Hint it has to be Rainy weather.

EDIT: Gullperch Tower is in Eastern La Noscea, to the south of Costa del Sol

I think this is more likely to be #79 since it mentions standing on a stone and you have to stand on top of Thaliak's waystone. But it could be either. Has an excellent view of the Keeper of the Lake - the "twisted mass of metal and scale" mentioned in #80.

I believe no.41 is (16,22) Central Shroud (exit via White Wolf Gate in Gridania) on the tree trunk bridge to Sanguine Perch. Currently foggy, but strongly suspect that it's Clear and Daytime.
