Sorry if I'm a bit slow in updating the OP - missed the Twelve-damned #018 by minutes (just got back form being out with the family), so don't have the full deets from my own log.

Will update from your posts; if you could poss put the zone, area, co-ords and vista#, or a screenie with vista#, i'll update and give credit!

Gonna be away from PC for a few hrs in a bit; going out for dinner here in the UK, but will compile all your info on my return!

025 Top of Gullperch Tower, X29-Y33, on the edge of the wall to the left of the two lookout NPCs. Unknown time, from the Hint it has to be Rainy weather.

EDIT: Gullperch Tower is in Eastern La Noscea, to the south of Costa del Sol
