It sounds really stupid, but have you tried the facial expressions and dances too? Literally everyone is waiting on #18. I can't think of anything else and most of the other time periods have been ruled out. We're at that point now ...

A group of us did various emotes after 4pm until the weather changed (to clear). I managed to do /soothe, /pray, /lookout and /comfort before it changed. We're missing something or it's 5pm - 12am. Has to be.

I posed another theory.. the text says "old wounds". Could that imply we must also have below 100% hp while emoting in the vista? as in, jump from cliff first.

Maybe its unimportant, but in ther german one there is nothing about some "old wounds" i can't really see something like that in the german one. But we have some translation problems with our version... maybe don't mind me :-D

Is there some way we can get dev confirmation that it does actually work? I know they mentioned that #32 is bugged right now, but I believe literally everything has been tested except the 5pm-12am slot with rain. Are we 100% sure that fog, showers, fair and clear don't work at all times of day? Maybe we should get a checklist going.

If that's the case and it is working, then it's an emote we haven't thought to use or it's an extremely stringent time period. Outside of that, another specific condition. Speaking to Jospaire gives you a little story about how he believes it's an adventurer's goobbue from the Battle of Cartenau and how it was injured, ran through the Twelveswood and eventually came to an end in Thanalan. He comments, "The gods do indeed work in mysterious ways."

It could even be /salute in that case, but I just don't know. From people commenting on the French and German versions of #18, the text is different across all versions. Someone get a Japanese client translation?

Yes, we have literally been here for a day now. Every emote has been run through direct from the emotes pages for all the other weathers at each timeslot.

It's definitely evening rain, most likely /comfort (as mentioned above because of the German version), but it's just that it hasn't happened yet. Patience!

I try to translate the german one, but i'm not that good with english:
The rain, which wetted the dry desert soil, let sprout colorful flowers. It almost seems, as if they wanted the fossilized shape (not sure about that word but it seems it is the Goobbue), which found their last resting place, give comforting.

French version says we have to comfort the goobbue too.
