Just got 016, FAIR Weather at 6:10pm in-game time. Couldn't get it at 5pm, so the earliest time appears to be 6pm

I got mine at 1:30 am so you can get it a little past midnight as well. not sure how early in the morning it goes.

I can't quite figure out the gobbue one in eastern than, i've been in all kinds of rain conditions most of the day and haven't gotten it.

Confirming 019 is Overcast weather. Just got at ~8:30am, on top of the broken/angled stone slab at X14-Y18 near the invisible city

seems to be morning, as at 2pm overcast, nothing happening as i /lookout.

Back with more testing! 019 is from 8am to 12pm, to our best knowledge! We could not confirm the 8 am start time due to that being when the weather change occurred, but did confirm the 12 pm cutoff! More tears followed.

017, seems to be 08am-12am (or is it pm, whatever). 12.50 arrived there at fog, no cigar.

Skylift time range confirmed for 12-5, as well as a 5 am start point for 20. Cutoff for the Western Thanalan sight is 5 am.

It really does look like weather is the same across servers...

Edit: I've been at this for over 8 hours today, and have yet to see it just rain in Central Thanalan, not shower. Which makes me wonder: Has anyone ever actually gotten confirmation on this one? Or is it just someone got info and has been spreading it as fact?
