#15 on this spreadsheet is wrong. It's not Fair. Just tried it in the afternoon with Fair weather. Didn't get it.

Yes, that one needs overcast, as it says in the OP of this thread. don't trust any random googledocs with info on these. All of them that I have seen have had tons of wrong information.

Specifics: Up the tree with the sylph tribe quest-givers, over the stall and in the branches beyond where a sylph-lantern glows. Bit of a pain to jump to!

Is it definitely 'Rain' and not 'Showers'? I was there yesterday and only got Showers so couldn't proc it.

Sightseeing Log Entry 009 is available from 12 PM to 5 PM in Overcast weather. That is the time range on it, did testing with my FC and LS to figure out those times. Ended in many tears.

So is clear weather fair weather? Go to spot pray in East Shroud nothing happens...See ppl show up pray and port.

Clear weather is NOT Fair weather.

Clear weather = sunny, no clouds (on the icon)
Fair weather = Sun, with a small cloud behind it.

Or if you want to physically see them, go here: http://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki/Weather and look at the difference between the 'Clear' one and 'Fair'. They're different weathers.

Same thing with Rain and Showers.
