T8 is probably the only turn in second coil where too much SS can really TP starve you. The other turns have plenty of TP breaks. Regardless of that, should the devs ever actually address SS in any fashion, it most likely will be during a content cycle where Novus will be outdated.
I don't have experienced T8, but i know the fight and can see how there is an TP Issue. But also, wouldn't that make BRD Songs more useful so BRD's actually start using their songs? For now there are times where the answer would be "Why would i cast a song? It is not needed".
