Novus weapon upgrade system findings

these novus weapons are alot better than gerolt's works with the new findings.

Which personally I wouldn't mind given this damned level of grind, but again, if you are a above average raider you might have the HA weapon before you get a Novus (unless you are all out to grind Novus).
