It's not as unbalanced as people are claiming it to be...it's a marginal bonus. It's not like you can take a super enormous advantage of this "stat weigh" thing by adding Determination and Piety to every Novus xD. The only job I can see that working is the WHM. Every DPS will want Crit + Det, SCH will either want Crit + Det or Crit + Piety. And tanks will probably go Parry Accuracy. So the only class that will arguably obtain the most bonus out of this " weigh unbalance" is the WHM.

I'm complaining less about the strength of the imbalance but more about the fact that it exists at all. In fact, these secondary stats being on weapons makes them literally negligible no matter what they are. Weapon Damage provides so much of a weapon's "power" that the secondaries of weapons at this level of play are basically just... there. You are absolutely right; the bonus provided by this is so small that it's not worth kicking up a storm about it... which is kind of why I've just said I don't like it and left it at that.

To hopefully prove the point about secondaries on weapons not really mattering too much...

Let's choose a random Novus. Say, the Sphairai Novus. Everyone likes Monk. Here are what I think are the currently accepted weights for stats:

    Weapon Damage: 8.73
    Strength: 1
    Crit Rate: 0.187
    Determination: 0.332
    Skill Speed: 0.187

Let's choose what people would probably think is BiS for a maximum damage Sphairai: 44 Crit and 31 Det.

    51 WD x 8.73 = 445.23
    42 Str x 1.0 = 42
    44 Crit x 0.187 = 8.228
    31 Det x 0.332 = 10.292

    Total: 505.75.

The primary stats of WD and Str cover 487.23 of this number. The secondary stats of Crit and Det cover the last 18.52. In theory, the secondaries account for a mere 3.6% of this weapon's damage potential. I might be using these numbers wrong, but we also pretty much know for a fact that Weapon Damage trumps

While it's true that there are Jobs that won't want to take advantage of this, those that can aren't getting much. Only those who maximize Piety get a noticeable bonus, and that bonus benefits primarily only WHM and SCH. Yay MP.

Edit: Yes, I enjoy playing with numbers!
