Novus weapon upgrade system findings

Thyrus Novus and Omnilex Novus (different name in japanese).
These weapons have a base +9 accuracy, therefore the accuracy cap on the Sphere Scroll for these weapons are lower than for the other weapons to reach the same end cap.
